Set on a 200 sqm lot, this contemporary 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home embodies a masculine warehouse-inspired aesthetic. The design cleverly maximizes natural light, creating a sense of spaciousness, openness, and airiness throughout. Industrial elements such as recycled steel columns, a rolled steel staircase, and full-height timber-framed glazing contribute to the bold, modern character of the home, while enhancing its connection to the outdoors.

Etica Studio was commissioned to provide design recommendations for the renovation of the existing house, oversee the subdivision of the site, and design the new build on the newly created lot. The project also involved sourcing and integrating key recycled materials into the interior fit-out, ensuring a sustainable and thoughtful approach throughout.
