 A home designed for a compact town lot, this project draws inspiration from the grandeur of the Great Southern—the waves, the landscape, and its raw natural beauty—while adhering to core passive solar design principles. Despite its modest footprint, the design achieves a sense of openness and lightness. 

A soaring skillion roof captures natural light, sunset hues, and the southern sky, enhancing the home's connection to its environment. The layout has been thoughtfully arranged to preserve and frame views of an existing Eucalyptus tree on the site, creating a strong visual and emotional anchor within the space.
