Taking reference from its character art deco surroundings and occupants desire for relaxed warehouse style living, this home has been designed to produce a lofty sense of space in an otherwise compact floor plan, whilst maximizing solar orientation and the beauty of its leafy outlook.

As an additional layer of depth to sustainable principles embodied within the home, a key aim was to utilize as many recycled materials as possible throughout the construction and fit out.
